Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window will result in a 30% charge on your card, as this is industry standard and protects my time. If you cancel your appointment outside of the 24 hour window (with proper communication) there will be no additional charge. I do know things come up such as sickness, emergencies, childcare, etc. Communication is key! Late Policy I have a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. If you are going to be late please communicate that with me so I can plan accordingly. I would plan to arrive to your appointment early in case of traffic, public transportation delays, etc. We do provide seating inside in case you are early to your appointment. No Show Policy After 15 minutes and no communication you will be considered a “no call no show”. I will be charging the card on file 50% of the service you were scheduled for, as this is industry standard and protects my time. No shows with no communication will not be allowed to book again. I am willing to move things around and accommodate in some circumstances as long as there is communication. This applies to new and existing clients.
